Weekend Health retreat is a program designed and tailored especially to meet the constraints of the hectic modern day busy life. Only removing a weekend from our very busy professional and personal life might not be very difficult for us.
Weekend health retreat is a program wherein you spend 2 complete days (From 7 am to 5:30 pm) with us and not only learn how to walk on the path of health but actually start walking on the path of health.
It will be 2 days of healthy living which will inspire you to implement the same in your daily routine life as well. We will tailor a "do-able" routine for you at the end of the program!
